Do we need coaching or is the platform enough?

Smart question. Our programs are well built, deeply researching resources your employees can use to establish the groundwork for financial freedom. Coaching would be a great addition if your employees respond well to guidance. Coaching is a powerful way to connect your employees with experts who can help them make better, more impactful decisions.

Will the coaches help me invest?

Our coaches aren’t brokers. They focus on providing you insight to your challenges. If you want to invest they empower you to make the decision that’s best for you, help you understand your options, and provide comparisons to other options so you can pick the right fit for you-but they won’t provide you with specific funds/companies to invest with.

How does it work?

We provide three levels of communication. They include, email, call, or text. That way you can communicate in the way that best fits your needs and time. Employees can either ask questions to who is available or schedule meetings with the same person and build a relationship.

Is it worth it?
